Creating lasting wellbeing can be quite challenging. Often we get caught up in the nitty gritty details of nutritionists supplements, paying for expensive gyms and dietitions and lose focus on how to create a sustained sense of wellbeing. We get so caught up in the shoulds and needs and forget to take the time out to actually take who we are into account.
Let’s restart our wellness journeys by honoring ourselves. Let’s take a step back for a minute and spend some more time figuring out who we actually are and where we want to go rather than reading about today’s ‘superfood’. Restartwell is about restarting our wellness paths with an emphasis on loving ourselves, empowering ourselves and working together towards a more lasting and fundamental sense of wellbeing in our lives. I believe that living well and our path to self growth can be a roller coaster ride. It sometimes makes us feel really nauseated, but it is also really exciting and gratifying. And it is definitely way more fun when we ride it together!
