Seeking an experienced bookkeeper/accountant with proven nonprofit experience and strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online to manage financial records, reconcile accounts, categorize transactions, prepare reports for leadership and the board, and support budgeting and audit processes—particularly handling restricted grants and ensuring compliance with nonprofit accounting standards. Must be comfortable with cloud-based financial tools and able to integrate systems from Google Workspace to QuickBooks Online.
This is a part-time, flexible role (3–5 flexible hours per week, with occasional virtual meetings) for someone detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and capable of working independently in a small, remote team. Nonprofit experience is essential; candidates should be familiar with fund accounting, financial reporting, and best practices for nonprofit operations.
