Ezrat Avot is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join its team.
Ezrat Avot is a Jerusalem-based nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the lives of elderly individuals, including Holocaust survivors, so they can age with dignity. For nearly 50 years, Ezrat Avot has provided home-delivered meals, food packages, daily activities for older adults, volunteer opportunities, and community events for seniors across Jerusalem (learn more on ezratavot.org).
The Marketing & CRM Coordinator helps shape how Ezrat Avot communicates with the public. This position is ideal for someone who is creative, enthusiastic, takes initiative, is comfortable with digital tools, and cares deeply about our mission.
The position is fully on-site at our Health and Life Enrichment Center in Ramot, Jerusalem.
Responsibilities
• Develop and carry out the organization’s outward communications strategy
• Plan, write, and design newsletters and campaign emails
• Update and maintain the website
• Manage and grow Ezrat Avot’s social media presence
• Create visual materials (ex: posts, flyers, updates, announcements, emails etc.)
• Oversee the maintenance of the CRM system (Monday.com) with donor, volunteer and participants information
• Support online donation forms and systems (CardCom, IsraelGives, JGive)
• Respond to community messages and assist with communication workflows on WhatsApp/email when needed
Requirements
• Native-level English with strong writing and editing skills. Hebrew is a significant advantage
• Experience with email marketing platforms, website management, graphic design, data bases, Zapier is an advantage
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Highly organized, tech-savvy, and proactive
• Ability to work independently
• Previous nonprofit, marketing, or communications experience preferred
