Fitness classes by Sarah: Certified Personal Trainer with 5 years experience. Suitable for women of all ages and also specialised for pre-natal and post-natal.
In my sessions, I target your core (abs), butt, arms, legs and back. I use a mix of TRX, toning, cardio and boxing to tone your body, slim down and get a stress relief.
Prices per hour per class:
One-to-one: 150 nis once a week, 140 nis twice a week, 130 nis three times and more
Small groups: 90 nis per person if you are 2, 80 nis if you are 3, 70 if you are 4
My program is tailor-made to your needs. I will support you, motivate you and help you achieve your goals.
