Role
Designing and coding products that achieve core user goals and further our business objectives.
Translating business goals into delightful user experiences. Guiding deliverables from conceptualization through implementation.
Responsibilities
● Work closely with the design team, product team, and cross-departmental stakeholders to
understand user objectives and business requirements for each feature.
● Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs.
● Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, accessibility).
● Work with the Creative Director to implement attractive designs.
● Translate designs into front-end code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
● Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers.
● Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends.
● Develop and test the product to ensure technical quality and usability.
Hard Skills
● 5+ years of experience working in UI/UX development or similar role
● A thorough understanding of contemporary user- centered design methodologies and mobile web design experience
● Strong portfolio of design projects
● Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture
● Proficiency in design software (e.g. Figma, Adobe Creative Suite)
● Required: Fluency in HTML5/CSS3. Preferred: JavaScript and associated libraries (e.g.,
Bootstrap, Angular, React, etc.) and cross-platform browser issues
● English at a mother-tongue level
