Responsibilities:
- Review and place orders for medical, dietary, maintenance, and other supplies for Nursing Homes
- Negotiate with vendors to ensure cost-effective purchases and stay within budgets
- Manage procurement activities through the designated website
- Double-check invoices for accuracy and resolve discrepancies
- Find specific items required by facilities and maintain open communication with various vendors
- Edit and add information on the procurement platform to ensure accurate records
- Contribute to the smooth operation of facilities and save costs where possible
Ideal Candidate:
- Detail-oriented and quick learner
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Collaborative team player
- Seeking a long-term role
- Fluent in English both written and spoken at a native level
- Must have teudat zehut
Details:
- Available to work in our Har Hotzvim office
- Hours Sunday – Thursday 4 pm – 12 am
- $14/hour plus legal Israeli benefits paid on tlush
