I was trained in the food service industry at SEOVAC and Schoolcraft College Culinary Arts program as a professional chef.
Through the years in the food service industry I have workedunder some big name chefs such as Chef Milos of the Golden Mushroom and Chef Jimmy Schmidt at the Rattle Snake Club and Cosina Del Sole. In addition I helped open a very famous restaurant called Lepanto which specialized in Italian Cuisine. Prior to making aliyah I owned a successful catering company specializing in traditional Jewish foods.
