Ben-Gvir retweets: ‘God Bless Trump’

The Israeli national security minister included the fresh caption "Yessss," accompanied by images of the Israeli and American flags.

Israeli National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir and Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich weighed in early Wednesday morning on the U.S. presidential election, with the former declaring explicit support for frontrunner Donald Trump. 

Ben-Gvir retweeted his own post from July 14 stating, "God Bless Trump," with the fresh caption "Yessss," accompanied by images of the Israeli and American flags.

Smotrich tweeted on Wednesday: "God bless Israel, God bless America." 

Former U.S. President Donald Trump on Tuesday morning appeared poised to reenter the White House, with Fox News calling the election in his favor.

Israeli Education Minister Yoav Kisch tweeted: "Welcome back Mr. President."

Trump previously served as American president for one term beginning in January 2021.

Added Culture Minister Miki Zohar: “Congratulations to US President-elect Donald Trump. We are already looking forward to the next four years.”
