Weโ€™re looking for a strategic and data-driven Business Analyst / Growth Analyst to drive product growth and market expansion for our AI-powered automation platform. This role combines market research, competitive intelligence, client acquisition strategy, and actionable product improvement recommendations. The primary focus is the Israeli market, with potential expansion abroad.

โœ”๏ธ About the Role:
Youโ€™ll be a key player in shaping the productโ€™s market position by analyzing competitors, identifying target clients, and suggesting impactful product enhancements. You will research industry-specific opportunities, assess business potential, and prepare tailored client acquisition strategies for sectors such as beauty & wellness, dentistry, automotive, healthcare, retail, and more.

โœ”๏ธ Key Responsibilities:
โ€ข Conduct in-depth product and competitor analysis by industry (Israeli and international players, including non-AI solutions) โ€” covering features, pricing, and integrations
โ€ข Identify and research potential clients in target industries, analyze their needs and pain points, and prepare customized outreach scripts
โ€ข Provide recommendations for product improvement to outperform competitors (new features, industry adaptations)
โ€ข Assess opportunities for product deployment and scaling in Israel and abroad โ€” market evaluation, regulations, partnerships, risk analysis
โ€ข Explore potential collaborations with competitors (Israeli and global) โ€” partnerships, integrations, or acquisitions

โœ”๏ธ Key Qualifications:
โ€ข 3+ years of experience in business analysis, marketing, or growth hacking (preferably in tech/SaaS/AI)
โ€ข Knowledge of the Israeli market (beauty, dentistry, automotive sectors) and understanding of local regulations (Privacy Protection Law)
โ€ข Skills: data analysis (Excel, Google Analytics, SQL), lead sourcing (LinkedIn, Upwork), competitive benchmarking (G2, Capterra)
โ€ข Languages: English & Hebrew required, Russian is a plus
โ€ข Experience with AI/ERP/CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot)
โ€ข Soft skills: creativity, strong communication, and the ability to provide actionable, practical recommendations
