G-Med, a leading digital health platform located in Kiryat Anavim (10 min outside Jerusalem, company shuttle every day from Jerusalem), is looking for a smart and energetic people person that will be a focal point to the company’s admin and office needs. The day to day of an office admin will be to work on diverse projects and daily tasks both independently and within a team, while reporting to the company’s Director of Operations.

What you'll do:

• Ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office

• Managing regular office and administrative processes (i.e. ordering and maintenance of equipment, overseeing the cleaning staff, etc.)

• Regular assistance in Operations and HR administration which may include data entry, updating HR and Ops systems, and handling invoices

• Ownership of implementing Employee Experience production such as Happy Hours, events, and gifts

• Handling all interactions with both regular and event-based vendors and suppliers

• Bookkeeping and invoicing support

What we’re looking for:

• Experience as an Office Manager / other administrative role (or equivalent military service experience).

• Careful attention to details, accuracy, and problem-solving skills with a people-oriented approach

• Multitasking - ability to react with appropriate urgency to situations and requests

• Excellent services and interpersonal skills along with assertiveness

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Hebrew)

• Graphic design experience – not required, but definitely a plus
