Investor Relations Analyst

Job Description:

• Analyze and summarize financial as well as operational information.
• Support and update investment relations data and CRM.
• Work on collating investment information for quarterly and annual reports.
• Preparation of background information for investor meetings and calls.
• Help with the preparation and collection of materials for annual meetings and presentations.
• Coordinate schedules with external and internal participants, and logistics for investor conferences, meetings, and other related events.
• Provide organizational, analytical, and logistical assistance and support for investor activities.

Requirements:

• Must have native-level English proficiency with excellent writing and editing skills.
• Three to five years of experience in a similar role in a VC or Business Development position.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, communications, marketing, or a related field. A finance background is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. A keen eye for details.
• Very strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a multi-faceted organization.
