Know someone having a birthday, anniversary, or other occasion?
Send an ecard (electronic card). Below are two websites with lists of the best ecard sites for 2019. I added an asterisk to the sites which appear in both lists.
A huge choice of cards, with a handy scheduler so you never miss an occasion
Look past the site's dated look to find great designs for all occasions
Stylish designs, with the option to include a gift voucher as a present
A wide selection of well designed ecards with faith-based messages
Cheery designs that are perfect for sharing by email, or on Facebook
Punchbowl is an awesome free ecard website with beautiful free ecards and an easy-to-navigate interface.
Pingg uses professional designers, including Martha Stewart, to create lovely cards for just about any occasion, making this site a must-see free ecard destination. Besides free ecards, Pingg also has free online invitations for any event.
Ojolie's free ecard offerings include video ecards you won't find anywhere else. However, while they are unique, there isn't a huge selection.
Open Me has some great-looking free ecards with adorable illustrations and bright colors. Open Me also has free group ecards that allow you to pass around a card virtually with family, friends, or coworkers so everyone can add a message before it goes to the recipient.
justWink has a great selection of quality ecards for birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, and new babies, as well as cards to say thank you and congratulations. justWink also includes niche categories such as Random Notes, Life, etc., and LGBTQ.
Someecards offers a unique selection of free ecards that feature sassy, meme-style pencil-drawn characters who seem bent on sharing exactly what's on their minds.
Greetings Island has a great collection of ecards in just about every category imaginable, ranging from holidays and occasions to everyday messages. Many of the free ecards here can become photo cards and all can be customized with personal messages, stickers, and the layout of your choice.
Wrongcards has a great collection of free ecards with messages full of wit and sarcasm to send to friends to help them celebrate or just to let them know you're thinking about them. With categories such as Thank God It's Friday and Zombies, these free ecards are so wrong they may be just right.
WWF (World Wildlife Fund) has some adorable free ecards that feature animals in their natural habitats.
While there's a huge selection here, you'll have to sift through some poorly designed ecards to find the gems. Among traditional categories such as Congrats, Family, Wedding, and Flowers, you'll find interesting ones such as At Work, Keep in Touch, and World Languages.
This free ecard site offers faith-based messages perfect for Christian holidays, as well as ecards for encouragement and occasions such as birthdays and anniversaries.
