Job Description
We are seeking a talented and motivated Java Developer to join our team. This role is full-time and offers a stable, dynamic environment where you will work closely with leadership to develop high-quality software solutions. Hours are 11:00-7:00.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions
- Build and implement RESTful APIs
- Work within an Agile environment to manage sprints and tasks via Jira
- Analyze information and present fact-based recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business needs
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, or an advanced degree in Mathematics
- Proficiency in Java programming (required)
- Strong SQL experience (required)
- 5+ years of software development experience
- 3+ years of Spring Boot Java development
- 5+ years of RESTful API development
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Python experience
- Cloud technology experience
- Full-stack development experience with strong UI design skills
- Agile development experience
- Experience managing sprints and Jira board stories/tasks
- Retail Energy industry experience
