Anthony’s Pizza, a busy artisan kosher dairy pizzeria in central Jerusalem, is seeking an experienced and energetic Hospitality Manager / Lead Server to join our team.
This is a leadership role focused on delivering excellent guest experiences, managing front-of-house operations, and helping grow a fast-paced and customer-focused restaurant.
Responsibilities include leading evening service, supervising staff, ensuring high hospitality standards, training team members, and working closely with ownership on events, promotions, and overall business growth.
We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills, hospitality experience, and a passion for customer service in a dynamic restaurant environment.
Requirements:
• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience (management or senior server role preferred)
• Fluent English required (Hebrew is a plus)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Outgoing, professional, and team-oriented personality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and organized
