We are a fast-growing healthcare agency providing home care services for special-needs individuals in New York.

We are looking for a Part-Time Outreach Representative to make phone calls to care managers, social workers, and agencies to help bring in new referrals.
Remote position • 5:00–10:00 PM Israel / 10:00 AM–3:00 PM NY • Potential for full-time

💼 Job Description

Your role is to help generate referrals by calling:

• Care managers
• Social workers
• Intake departments

These are warm, professional outreach calls — no cold sales.

🧠 Responsibilities

• Make daily outreach calls
• Present our services confidently
• Build relationships with referral sources
• Follow up on previous contacts
• Track all activity in a simple spreadsheet
• Provide updates on new leads

🌟 Ideal Candidate

• Confident, friendly, and professional on the phone
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable speaking with care managers
• Organized and consistent with follow-ups
• Self-motivated
• English required; Spanish a plus
• OPWDD/home care experience helpful but not required

Part-time: 5:00–10:00 PM Israel / 10:00 AM–3:00 PM NY Time
