Keepgo, a well-established telecom company, is looking for experienced Human Resource specialist to join our team located at the Bursa area. Human resources specialists recruit, screen, interview, and place workers; handling all personal matters, such as those related to employee relations, payroll, benefits and training. Also, interpret and administer labor contracts regarding issues such as salaries, employee welfare, healthcare, and pensions. The ideal candidate should be independent, creative and hard working with great inter-personal abilities.
Staffing Organizational Units — recruiting, interviewing, selecting, hiring, valuating and promoting employees in an organization Establishing recruiting and headhunting procedures Maintaining job descriptions and publicizing job openings Address employee relations issues, such as work complaints, or other employee concerns. Coordinate with outside staffing agencies to secure temporary employees, based on corporate needs Administer payroll and maintain employee records Maintain a positive and orderly work environment in the office – in charge of corporate events, benefit programs, fun days etc. Identifying the developmental needs of managers and employees and developing knowledge improvement programs
3 years of experience as a recruiting agent or as HR specialist in a big company 2 years of experience with payroll procedures and methods, including accounting tools and bookkeeping software Academic degree is a must Excellent communication – written and verbal in English, Hebrew and Russian Full knowledge of MS Office software Knowledge in bookkeeping is an asset
