Proofread all English content.
Submit work to project managers for input and approval. Work with relevant teams (Email marketing / PPC teams) for content creative and optimization based on their campaign analysis.
Follow up on the translation and localization process, making sure the message is delivered correctly (most of our content is translated into at least 5 other languages).
Manage our language localization team of reviewers (responsible for localization accuracy, quality control)
Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics.
