Clever Energy is hiring an organised, process-driven operations professional to manage client onboarding and support operational service delivery for UK energy-management clients.
This is a hands-on role involving client onboarding, data collection and verification, billing system setup, remote meter reading coordination, tenant communications, operational handover, KPI tracking, and process improvement.
Ideal for an English-speaking professional in Israel with experience in operations, onboarding, implementation, service delivery, project management, billing operations, utilities, property or facilities management.
Must be highly organised, detail-oriented, strong with clients and confident managing multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
