About the Role:
We’re hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) to help us grow our reach in
the religious Jewish nonprofit sector — from yeshivas and kollels to kiruv orgs,
seminaries, and community services. This is a remote position working US hours (EST
preferred).
You’ll be the first human touchpoint for many of our future clients. Your job: identify
qualified organizations, spark conversations, and book discovery meetings for our
Account Executives. You’ll be supported by research, training, sales playbooks, and a
high-energy, mission-aligned team.
Responsibilities:
● Use CRM-generated lists, LinkedIn, and prospecting tools to identify and reach
out to nonprofit leaders.
● Make cold calls and send creative outbound messages with a human, curious tone.
● Book discovery meetings for our AEs and track activity in HubSpot.
● Collaborate with sales leadership to optimize outreach strategies.
● Celebrate every win — because every client you bring in helps change the world.
WHO YOU ARE
● You have fire in your belly. You’re hungry to grow and build your career in sales.
● You love the Jewish world. You understand the language, values, and landscape of
Orthodox Jewish nonprofits (Yeshivish, Modern Orthodox, Chabad, Sefardi, etc.).
● You’re a relationship builder. You know how to open conversations, ask great questions,
and spark curiosity.
● You’re resilient. You can handle rejection, learn from feedback, and keep dialing.
● You’re organized. You’re good at managing follow-ups, CRM hygiene, and juggling
priorities.
● You’re mission-aligned. You care deeply about making a difference for organizations doing good in the world.
Why This Role Is Awesome:
● Real impact. Every call you make has the potential to help a nonprofit raise millions.
● Training & mentorship. We’ll invest in you. Learn proven sales frameworks and grow fast.
● Jewish community focus. Your knowledge and network are assets here.
● Upward mobility. We’re growing fast. Top BDRs can grow into AE or team lead roles.
● Startup energy. We’re mission-first but performance-driven. No bureaucracy, lots of
autonomy.
● Holidays. Generous time off for Jewish holidays and Chol HaMoed
● Culture. A collaborative culture grounded in shared values: purpose, ownership, curiosity,
excellence, and respect
