Salesforce Developer

Location: Har Tuv, Beit Shemesh (In-office)
Hours: 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Sunday to Thursday (Israel Hours)

We are looking for a Salesforce developer with strong technical depth, sound judgment, and the ability to think beyond tickets and isolated development tasks.

This role sits at the centre of a significant Salesforce implementation and business transformation initiative involving CRM migration, ERP integration, operational process redesign, and the development of scalable infrastructure across the Salesforce ecosystem.

The work is not limited to development execution. The right person will understand systems architecture, operational workflows, data integrity, maintainability, and long term scalability. You will work closely with internal leadership and operational stakeholders in an environment where decisions are visible, standards matter, and technical quality has direct business impact.

This role requires someone who can move comfortably between technical implementation and business understanding. Someone who challenges weak process assumptions before building them into a system. Someone who understands that clean architecture, thoughtful automation, and scalable data structures matter more than short term technical shortcuts.

The environment is highly collaborative, fast moving, and hands-on. The work spans sales operations, finance processes, customer and partner workflows, ERP integration, and internal operational infrastructure.

What You Will Work On

  • Salesforce org architecture, foundational data structure, security model, and operational scalability
  • Migration from a legacy CRM into Salesforce including source analysis, field mapping, transformation logic, validation, deduplication, and migration execution
  • Design and implementation of scalable automation across sales, operations, finance, and service workflows
  • Advanced Salesforce Flow architecture including fault handling, modular flow design, approval processes, and operational automation
  • Custom Apex development including triggers, batch processing, async processing, and platform level business logic
  • Lightning Web Components for internal operational interfaces and portal facing functionality
  • Experience Cloud implementation for partner and reseller workflows
  • REST and SOAP API integrations with external platforms including ERP, finance, operational, and document management systems
  • NetSuite ERP integration and cross platform operational synchronization
  • Avalara tax engine integration
  • DocuSign integration and document automation workflows
  • Reporting infrastructure, operational visibility, and data quality management across departments
  • Sandbox strategy, deployment processes, environment management, and release coordination

What We Are Looking For

Salesforce Technical Capability

  • Strong Apex development with a clear understanding of bulkification, governor limits, async architecture, trigger frameworks, and maintainable code structure
  • Strong Salesforce Flow capability including subflows, reusable architecture, approval logic, dynamic screen flows, invocable actions, and operational process automation
  • Experience building Lightning Web Components with a focus on usability, maintainability, and scalable component design
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security architecture including profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, OWD, and role hierarchy design
  • Experience designing and managing API integrations across external systems and operational platforms
  • Strong understanding of SOQL/SOSL optimisation, query performance, indexing, and platform execution behaviour
  • Experience managing CRM migrations involving imperfect data, operational inconsistencies, and evolving business logic
  • Understanding of deployment strategy, sandbox management, release processes, and version control practices

Migration & Systems Thinking

  • You have participated in a meaningful CRM migration or business systems transformation project
  • You understand that migrations are operational projects, not only technical ones
  • You can identify weak source data, inconsistent operational processes, duplicate structures, and reporting gaps before they become production problems
  • You understand the relationship between system architecture, operational workflow, reporting integrity, and long term maintainability
  • You think about scalability, ownership, process clarity, and downstream business impact while building
  • You can structure technical documentation, operational guidance, and implementation notes in a way that is practical and usable by non technical stakeholders

How You Work

  • You write clean, maintainable, structured code with long term ownership in mind
  • You think critically about requirements before implementation and raise concerns early when something does not scale operationally or technically
  • You are comfortable balancing speed, technical quality, and practical business realities
  • You communicate clearly and directly with both technical and non technical stakeholders
  • You are comfortable working in a small, high ownership environment where individual contribution is visible and meaningful
  • You care about systems quality even when nobody is reviewing your work

Nice to Have

  • Salesforce CPQ experience
  • NetSuite integration experience
  • Avalara or DocuSign integration experience
  • Experience within B2B operational environments, distribution businesses, or product focused companies
  • Salesforce certifications including Platform Developer I or II
