Executive Assistant (Part-Time or Full-Time) – Real Estate Operations

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support real estate and vacation rental operations in Florida. The ideal candidate should be exceptionally reliable, well-spoken, and able to communicate clearly over the phone with a stable connection.

Key Qualifications:

  • Native English speaker (or fully fluent) with strong communication and writing skills.
  • Must be comfortable working in Florida time zones with flexible scheduling.
  • Highly organized, fast learner, and polite in all communications.
  • Skilled at handling owner communications, client inquiries, and day-to-day operations.
  • Excellent research abilities and proficiency in general office tasks.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with tools used in real estate and property management.
  • Marketing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage scheduling, messages, and correspondence.
  • Support real estate listings, operations, and communication with clients and property owners.
