Join Our Team – Sales Representative

We are one of Israel’s leading retailers of contact lenses and eyewear. As a long-established and rapidly growing company, we take pride in providing a professional, welcoming, and friendly work environment.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and service-oriented Sales Representative to join our team.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting customers in choosing eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses
• Explaining product features, lens options, and pricing
• Helping customers with frame fitting and adjustments
• Handling customer inquiries and concerns via email, phone, and WhatsApp
• Providing the high level of care and support our customers expect

We’re Looking For:

A true “people person” – polite, warm, patient, and friendly

Passion for delivering outstanding customer service

Fluent in Hebrew

Previous experience in the optical / eyewear industry is required

Proficient computer skills

Availability to work at our Jerusalem store on Davidka on Friday as well.
