We are looking to hire an experienced, responsible, and driven Project Manager to help take our campaigns to the next level! If you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and excel at bringing innovative ideas to life, this role is perfect for you.


  • Take full ownership of each campaign, understanding its objectives, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Define clear (KPIs) for each campaign, aligning them with client expectations and overarching business goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and empower our talented team members, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability to drive superior performance.
  • Exceed client expectations by delivering results that go above and beyond, leveraging innovative solutions to add value and elevate the client experience.
  • Continuously evaluate campaign performance and identify opportunities for enhancement, implementing proactive measures to take each campaign to the next level.
  • Manage day-to-day office operations including assisting with hardware and software set up, supplies stock, general administrative tasks.


  • Previous experience in a related role, such as project management, office management, or executive assistant.
  • Proactive and resourceful mindset, with a commitment to anticipating needs, problem-solving, and taking initiative
  • Someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced work setting with multiple projects and competing priorities; able to adapt quickly and maintain a high levels of productivity and performance
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional demeanor and the ability to interact effectively with employees, managers, and clients
  • Demonstrated ability to lead others with confidence and authority, capable of taking charge of a room.
  • Proven track record of effectively guiding teams and making decisive decisions without being intimidated by challenges or pressure.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and platforms including CRMS, project management tools, and other relevant software.
  • Willingness to acknowledge and learn from mistakes, and open to receiving constructive feedback from the executive team.


  • In-Office position in Har Hotzvim
  • Sunday – Thursday 4 pm – 12 am
  • Long-term position with room for growth
  • Immediate hire
  • Salary based on experience
