Madison Trust is a strong writer to produce clear and edit-free content for web pages, blogs, and email blasts. This position will also take a lead on Madison's SEO activities under the guidance of senior staff.
Specific Job Duties:
Write a short weekly blog on a variety of given topics
Write assigned web pages whose topics will be determined by SEO needs
Use MOZ (training provided) to optimize web pages
Reach out to media and other outlets to place content and/or gain backlinks
Requirements:
Ability to produce crisp, blog worthy written content efficiently
Ability to parse new information, especially in the financial arena
Some background in personal finance and / or financial services a definite plus
Background in SEO best practices definitely a plus
