Position Open - Donor Relations & Grants Manager
The Binyamin Fund has dedicated years to the fortification and advancement of communities within the Binyamin region. The Fund actively solicits philanthropic contributions both domestically and internationally, collaborating with donors to champion educational, communal, and strategic endeavors.
We are currently seeking a Donor Relations & Grants Manager
for a meaningful, office-based role, working closely with the CEO of the Fund.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ongoing management of donor and foundation relations in Israel and abroad
* Identifying and researching foundations and grant opportunities
* Writing and submitting grant applications
* Drafting donor communications: letters, updates, and newsletters
* Managing the Fund’s CRM and back-office operations
* Data entry, tracking, segmentation, and reporting
* Donor and foundation research and preparation of briefing materials
Position Requirements:
* High-level English proficiency – reading and writing (mandatory)
* Experience working with foundations and grant writing – a strong advantage
* Experience with CRM systems and back-office donor management - required
* Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
* Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
* Familiarity with the nonprofit / philanthropic sector – an advantage
Office-based position, with the option for partial remote work
Main office based in the Sha’ar Binyamin industrial zone
Part-time position: approximately 60%–80%
