Job location: Jerusalem
Reporting line: The position will report to Director of Finance and Administration
Job Hours: 3 times a week from 9:00-15:00
JOB SUMMARY:
The Office Administrator we are looking for will play a role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of an office. She/ He will be responsible for managing the day-to-day functions and office activities of upper management and senior staff members. She/he will be an active part of the Financial Department.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare and send invoices, maintain finance databases, track accounts, and assist with copying and scanning, and other internal documents
- Perform a variety of administrative duties, such as generating and distributing memos, Petty Cash management, mail delivery and receipt,
- Order office supplies and equipment
- Update spreadsheets used by accounting (support management members in their expense reports)
- Organize and schedule meetings and events per request
- Reassure the facility is clean and equipped
- Perform other related duties as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven success in office administration
- Bookkeeping education
- Superb written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew
- Strong time-management and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with office applications, specifically Excel.
