MyPwr Ltd., a social tech startup in Jerusalem is seeking an
Executive Assistant to the CEO.
This is a full-time, in-office position.
Responsibilities include:
ยทManage email accounts, calendar and Calendly.
ยทManage travel arrangements, as well as presentations, marketing materials and equipment the CEO requires for speaking engagements.
ยทManage receipts, pay bills, communicate with accountants.
ยทTake care of special projects as they arise.
ยทSome social media for CEOโs personal brand, (not the company)
We are looking for a self-starter who is intelligent, efficient,
organized and detail-oriented.
Must be completely fluent in English, including reading and writing. Conversational Hebrew is helpful, fluency is not necessary.
