Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main contact for clients throughout the purchase process
- Build strong client relationships and ensure service satisfaction
- Coordinate between clients, designers, attorneys, and financial institutions
- Resolve issues and identify growth opportunities within each account
- Maintain accurate records and follow up to ensure progress
- Support onboarding and document management for the consulting team
Requirements:
- Full fluency in English and Hebrew (spoken and written)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Professional, client-focused approach with strong attention to detail
- Relationship-building and problem-solving strengths
- Experience in real estate, client relations, or account management is a plus
