Short-Form Video Editor

We’re looking for a part-time/contract short-form video editor to turn existing long-form videos into engaging short clips for social media.

You’ll create 10-20 shorts per week from our existing content and publish them across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

• Edit short videos per week from long-form content
• Add captions, cuts, and hooks optimized for short-form viewing
• Format videos for vertical platforms (9:16)
• Post and schedule content on YouTube Shorts, X, LinkedIn, and Facebook
• Write titles/descriptions and hashtags

Requirements

• Ability to identify engaging moments from long videos
• Fast turnaround and reliable weekly delivery
• Experience editing short-form social media content
• Familiarity with YouTube Shorts, X, LinkedIn, and Facebook video formats
