The Surgimate Customer Success team is growing, and we are looking for the right person to fill the role of Customer Success Manager!

The Customer Success Team is responsible for building relationships, driving product adoption, and empowering clients to meet their goals. As experts of the Surgimate Practice™ platform, we are able to provide a unique level of insight and inspiration to our customers.

What you’ll do:

  • Build strong trusting relationships with our clients to evaluate, analyze and understand their needs and ensure their success and retention with Surgimate
  • Serve as the main point of contact and liaison between clients and the rest of the Surgimate team
  • Represent the voice of the customer and influence product development roadmap
  • Take ownership of new accounts, post-implementation, and manage all aspects of their accounts including technical and workflow related solutions
  • Meet KPIs related to client outreach as defined by management
  • Lead online webinars, consultations, and one-on-one demos to educate customers on the features of our product
  • Stay in touch with clients to ensure that they're realizing the full potential of the product
  • Navigate client organizations to uncover additional product applications & opportunities for partnership
  • Have a finger on the pulse of your accounts and recognize both risks and opportunity
  • Partner with Sales and Product teams on upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities

Your experience and skills:

  • 3-5 years customer success, account management, or consulting experience working with accounts of various sizes (at least 1+ year with B2B SaaS company)
  • Mother tongue English - Must
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on new technologies
  • Positive attitude, empathy, and high energy
  • Ability to take initiative and adapt
  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility with executives
  • Experience working with the US Healthcare industry - advantage
  • Strong technical capabilities
  • Experience with Salesforce - Advantage
  • BA or BS degree
