Senior React Developer / Team Leader

Location: Israel | Remote
Hours: 40 hours/week | Flexible hours with some US overlap

We’re looking for an experienced Senior React Developer / Team Leader to join our growing development team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can build high-quality applications while guiding and supporting other developers.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the React development team
• Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications
• Review code and ensure development best practices
• Collaborate with product and technical teams
• Troubleshoot issues and drive effective solutions
• Help plan projects, timelines, and technical priorities

Requirements:

• Strong professional experience with React and modern JavaScript
• Previous team leadership or mentoring experience
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Must be based in Israel
• Comfortable working flexible hours with some overlap with US working hours
• 40 hours per week
