Trebuchet Outsourcing is looking for a qualified virtual assistant to handle typical office tasks on behalf of a client who specializes in immigration matters. Responsibilities include phone, simple bookkeeping, handling quotes and customer inquiries, dealing with client immigration issues, invoicing, collections and similar responsibilities.
Full training will be provided. You must be computer-literate, organized, and possess excellent communication skills. You must be fluent in both Hebrew and English, with fluency in Yiddish a strong plus. You must have a quiet work environment, a strong internet connection and a fully equipped home office, including a state-of-the-art Windows computer and accessories, including webcam. You must have or be able to have access to WhatsApp and various social media platforms.
Hours are flexible but Monday to Thursday 10am till 2 or 3 pm, US time is preferred.
