Summary
The Invoicing Team Remote Lead oversees a remote invoicing team operation. This role focuses on team supervision, training, workflow coordination, escalation management, process improvement, and payment-related support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicative, and capable of leading a distributed team while improving invoicing operations and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Train, guide, and mentor invoicing team members on invoicing procedures
- Answer invoicing team questions and provide ongoing operational support
- Delegate daily tasks and ensure timely completion of assignments
- Handle escalated or complex invoicing issues
- Serve as the primary point of contact for payment-related questions and resolutions
- Monitor team productivity, accuracy, and performance levels
- Document processes, workflows, and operational updates
- Identify inefficiencies and help engineer process improvements
- Collaborate with the Director of Invoicing on workflow optimization and team performance
- Ensure excellent communication and coordination within the remote team environment
