An NGO located in Jerusalem that serves primarily in the Charedi sector is looking to hire an Admin assistant .

Key tasks include:


  • Assisting in executing the annual work plan
  • Capturing and receipting donations
  • Preparing development material
  • CRM management
  • Supporting development events and activities
  • writing basic grant proposals

Requirements:

  • Good command of Hebrew and English (including written and spoken)
  • Multi-tasker, proactive and punctual
  • Organized
  • Detail oriented
  • Reliable/dependable
  • Computer skills including spreadsheets
  • Good communication skills
  • Writing skills
  • Team player
  • Prior experience with nonprofits or business development advantageous
