  • Manage hiring processes from the initial stage of profile definition through sourcing, screening CVs, conducting phone and in-person interviews, and analytics.
  • Improve recruitment channels by using innovative sourcing techniques.
  • Build hiring strategy for each new opening focusing on hiring to scale using diverse and innovative techniques to attract the best potential talents.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, headhunters, and recruiting organizations to maintain a robust pipeline.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers in order to build and facilitate the best hiring processes.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates and ensure an excellent experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Evaluate the current hiring process and make changes to streamline and enhance the candidate experience.
  • Take an active role in building the company’s employer branding efforts and our social media presence.


  • 3-4 years of experience in recruiting for a wide range of positions, including technology positions (at least 1 year in a high-tech company).
  • Proven experience with sourcing methods and skills.
  • Willingness to take part in other HR Admin & Wellbeing projects.
  • People person, team player, and strong can-do mentality.
  • Versatile and flexible, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic working environment.
  • Proactive and independent with an ownership mindset.
  • Native level English
