We are seeking a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Operations Manager to join our Jerusalem office and support the continued growth of our business.
Position Overview
The Operations Manager will work directly under the supervision of the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This role is responsible for managing client relationships, processing and monitoring transactions, coordinating with banking partners worldwide, and working closely with the Compliance Department to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
No prior fintech, banking, or payments experience is required. We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates strong organizational skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and a commitment to excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with individual, business, institutional, and money service business clients.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and transaction-related requests.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure timely resolution of client issues.
- Assist clients with payment processing and account-related matters.
Transaction Processing & Operations
- Enter and manage customer transactions within the Bitach operating system.
- Monitor and track domestic and international payment transactions.
- Verify transaction details and ensure accuracy of records.
- Coordinate transaction execution with banking partners and payment providers.
Account Reconciliation
- Reconcile customer ledger balances and transaction records.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in customer accounts.
- Maintain accurate operational and financial records.
- Assist with daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation processes.
Banking Relationships
- Communicate with banks and financial institutions in Israel, the United States, and other jurisdictions.
- Coordinate wire transfers, payment settlements, and banking inquiries.
- Assist with maintaining strong relationships with banking partners and service providers.
Compliance Coordination
- Work closely with the Compliance Department on customer onboarding and transaction review processes.
- Assist in gathering and organizing customer documentation.
- Ensure transactions are processed in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Escalate issues requiring compliance review when appropriate.
Administrative & Reporting Duties
- Prepare operational reports and maintain transaction records.
- Support management with special projects and operational initiatives.
- Assist the COO and CEO with day-to-day operational matters.
- Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
Qualifications
Required
- Fluent in both English and Hebrew (written and spoken).
- Strong computer skills, including:
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Outlook
- Google Workspace and standard office software
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional and customer-service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly.
Preferred
- Experience in customer service, office administration, operations, account management, bookkeeping, or related fields.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or business software platforms.
No prior banking, fintech, foreign exchange, or payments industry experience is required. Training will be provided.
Work Environment
- Primary work location is our Jerusalem office.
- In-person attendance is required for most workdays.

Reporting Structure
This position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and works closely with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Compliance Department, Operations Team, Banking Partners, and Customers.
Compensation
