IsraeLIfeTip – The Hills are Alive….J-342
with the sounds of silence.
The animals living in the Jerusalem hills will be silent when the forests and natural springs will be replaced with high-rise apartment buildings.
You can help Odelya
and hundreds of other activists save the Hills of Jerusalem by coming to a protest on Thursday, June 25 at 3:30 p.m., in Givat Shaul. For more information: https://www.teva.org.il/Save_lavan.
The protest will be held outside of the subcommittee meeting which will decide on an appeal filed against the "White Ridge" (Reches Lavan) plan. This plan will result in the near fatal wounding of the unique nature of the Jerusalem Mountains and the fabric of life of the city's inhabitants. The program is a starting shot for aggressive construction throughout the area.
Can't make the protest? Send an email here and sign a petition here.
