Our modern and growing chiropractic clinic in Old Katamon, Jerusalem is looking for a warm, energetic, and dependable Patient Care Coordinator to become a valued member of our team.
This is more than a reception position. You will be the first person our patients see when they walk through the door and a key part of helping them feel welcomed, supported, and cared for throughout their health journey.

Sunday–Thursday
2:00 PM – 6:30 PM

✔ Fluent in Hebrew and English
✔ Friendly, outgoing, and professional
✔ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
✔ Highly organized and detail-oriented
✔ Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
✔ Basic computer proficiency (email, scheduling software, spreadsheets)
✔ Reliable, accountable, and proactive
✔ A long-term team player who enjoys building relationships with people
✔ Someone who genuinely enjoys helping others and contributing to a positive workplace culture
📝 Responsibilities
• Welcome and assist patients with warmth and professionalism
• Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries
• Schedule appointments and manage the doctor's calendar
• Process payments and maintain accurate patient records
• Help ensure smooth daily office operations
• Create an outstanding patient experience from the first phone call to the final visit
