Our modern and growing chiropractic clinic in Old Katamon, Jerusalem is looking for a warm, energetic, and dependable Patient Care Coordinator to become a valued member of our team.
This is more than a reception position. You will be the first person our patients see when they walk through the door and a key part of helping them feel welcomed, supported, and cared for throughout their health journey.

β Fluent in Hebrew and English

β Basic computer proficiency (email, scheduling software, spreadsheets)
β Reliable, accountable, and proactive

π Responsibilities
β’ Welcome and assist patients with warmth and professionalism
β’ Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries
β’ Schedule appointments and manage the doctor's calendar
β’ Process payments and maintain accurate patient records
β’ Help ensure smooth daily office operations
β’ Create an outstanding patient experience from the first phone call to the final visit
