Pre-Press Graphic Designer and Customer Support Specialist
Location: Modiin, Israel (On-site)
Schedule: Full-time, Sunday – Thursday, 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Israel Time)
About the Role
We are looking for a Pre-Press Graphic Designer and Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Modiin. This hybrid role involves preparing artwork for print production in the label industry, supporting print-on-demand applications, and handling customer-related tasks such as order entry and communication.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and optimize customer artwork for print production and pre-press processes
• Assist with artwork for inkjet and thermal print-on-demand applications
• Manage customer communications, order entry, answer phones, and provide live chat support
Requirements
• Fluent in English (speak, read, and write professionally) – mandatory
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat
• Strong understanding of pre-press and print production workflows (label industry experience is a plus)
• Hebrew speaking is an advantage
• Good attention to detail and customer service skills
• Comfortable working independently during afternoon/evening hours
