We work with a diverse portfolio of clients spanning Health, Special Education, Historical Preservation, Judaism, and Emergency Response, among other fields. We are seeking a Resource Development Manager with a proven track record of success with private, independent, and corporate foundations.
Responsibilities:
- Identify suitable foundations for potential partnership opportunities
- Submit proposals and applications
- Maintain active, ongoing correspondence with foundations
- Serve as client case manager — speaking directly with clients and addressing any questions, comments, or concerns
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in fundraising, donor relations, or resource development
- Track record of raising at least $1.5M for an organization
- Strong ability to multitask across multiple projects and clients simultaneously
- Availability to work American hours
- Native-level English speaker with outstanding writing skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- A passion for sales, with a proactive and positive attitude
