Hiring: Operations Coordinator / Office Manager
Growing real estate and marketing company seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy team member to help manage day-to-day operations, CRM systems, workflows, and team coordination.
Ideal candidate should:
✔️ Be fluent in Hebrew and English
✔️ Have strong computer and technology skills
✔️ Be comfortable working with CRM systems and AI tools
✔️ Have excellent organizational and follow-up abilities
✔️ Be able to coordinate tasks and manage workflows between team members
✔️ Be responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive
✔️ Have good communication and customer service skills
Experience in marketing, real estate, administration, or operations is a plus.
