ISRAEL (Work from home): Remote Customer Service Positions
Trebuchet is looking to staff a team of skilled and motivated telephone, email and Internet based customer service personnel, for a prestigious medical referral agency client. This team will act as liaison between the company, its providers and its client, and will resolve, with accuracy and efficiency, any emerging problems that customers might encounter. The goal is to insure excellent service standards and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. If you like talking to people, learning new things, have a professional demeanor and an excellent work ethic, we’d love to hear from you. Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and live chats
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle complaints, provide timely and appropriate solutions; follow up to insure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions and process customer orders
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Go the extra mile to make sure that every customer has a positive experience
Qualifications:
- Confident, cheerful and enthusiastic phone manner
- Excellent mother-tongue, unaccented command of spoken and written English
- Ability to quickly learn client offerings and processes and discuss them with customers
- Strong command of basic computer skills
- Organized and detail oriented
- Ready for a challenge
- Previous experience in customer service, especially in medical, is a strong plus
Terms:
- You must be eligible to legally work in the USA
- You must have a quiet work environment, a strong internet connection and a fully equipped home office, including a state-of-the-art Windows computer and accessories, and including a video camera and headset
- Work hours are Sunday – Thursday 3:00pm – 10:00pm Israel Time
