The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, extensive experience with various Content Management Systems (CMS), a strong sense of style and design, and a commitment to responsiveness and efficiency. This role is critical in ensuring our clients' websites remain up-to-date, visually appealing, and functioning seamlessly.
Reputation Elevation provides digital marketing services to small businesses. Most of their clients are autism therapy providers in the US. Our services include Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and marketing automation.

Key Responsibilities:
Website Updates and Maintenance: Implement changes and updates to existing websites as requested by clients. This includes content updates, layout adjustments, adding new features, and ensuring overall website health.
CMS Proficiency: Demonstrate expertise in managing and troubleshooting multiple CMS platforms beyond WordPress, such as Joomla, Duda, Shopify, and Squarespace. Adapt quickly to any CMS environment to make required updates efficiently.
Design and Style Adjustments: Apply a refined sense of style and design to make visually appealing updates to existing websites. Ensure all changes align with the website's overall design theme and brand standards.
Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Quickly identify and resolve technical issues with websites, including but not limited to broken links, page errors, and loading issues.
Double-Checking: Always look over your work before submitting, paying close attention to formatting, spelling, and whether your local changes have impacted the broader website.
Responsive Communication: Maintain open and efficient lines of communication with the team and clients. Prioritize and respond to requests promptly to ensure rapid turnaround times for updates and issue resolution.
Requirements:
- Native English Speaker from USA or Similar Country
- Proven Experience: At least 3 years of experience in website maintenance, with a portfolio showcasing your ability to work across various CMS platforms.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP. - Familiarity with web design principles and the ability to make design adjustments using CSS and other technologies.
- Design Sensibility: A good eye for design, understanding of layout aesthetics, and a keen attention to detail.
- Communication: Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to discuss complex technical issues with non-technical team members and clients.
- Time Management: Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within tight deadlines.
