Marketing and Design Specialist - Soul Song Records

Soul Song Records is a dynamic, forward-thinking record label, producing contemporary music and jazz infused with profound Jewish substance. Our fledgling yet esteemed catalogue includes music from artists such as Gilad Hekselman, Yonatan Avishai, Lionel Loueke and more. We're now looking for an exceptionally talented, Designer/Web Maestro to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to combine your passion for design, digital marketing and the rich culture of the Jewish tradition. 

Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the management of various activities and tasks.
• Creating, designing, and implementing digital marketing strategies.
• Managing our digital platforms including Webflow, Shopify, Bandcamp, and more.
• Editing visual content using Photoshop, Premier Pro, or similar.
• Building and nurturing our community through effective social media communications.
• Implementing analytical thinking to drive results and bottom-line success.
• Rapidly learning and mastering new platforms as needed.

Requirements:

• Superb design skills with an eye for detail.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and web management.
• Familiarity with Webflow, Shopify, Bandcamp, ChatGPT, Photoshop, Premier Pro, or similar platforms.
• Ability to learn new platforms quickly.
• Ability to sell stuff online.
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in community development and social media communication.
• Knowledge and understanding of Chabad philosophy and Jewish background.
• Remote working capability. Based in Jerusalem is a plus.
