Our client is a growing federal litigation firm focused on consumer protection, particularly cases involving inaccurate credit, housing, and employment background reports. They are seeking a driven Associate Attorney to join their team and gain hands-on experience litigating under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), with strong mentorship and opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities
- Assist in federal and state litigation: legal research, drafting, depositions, court and mediation appearances
- Support client intake, case development, and strategy
- Take on increasing responsibility in managing and advancing cases
Qualifications
- JD from an accredited U.S. law school and active license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- Federal litigation or clerkship experience preferred
- Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills
- Professional, proactive, and eager to grow in a fast-paced legal environment
