We are currently seeking a dedicated and service-oriented Sales Representative to join our team.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting customers in choosing eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses
Explaining product features, lens options, and pricing
Helping customers with frame fitting and adjustments
Handling customer inquiries and concerns via email, phone, and WhatsApp
Providing the high level of care and support our customers expect
We’re Looking For:
A true “people person” – polite, warm, patient, and friendly
Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
Fluent in Hebrew
Proficient computer skills
Availability to work at our Jerusalem store on Davidka on Friday as well.
