Tzion Apartments is an experienced real estate agency with strong moral values that specializes in short and long term rentals as well as rental management. We also have properties for sale. We only work in Jerusalem that we love!!!

It’s important for us to provide our customers with professional, authentic and personalized service.

Position:
We are looking for a full-time Real Estate Agent for long term rentals that shares our values to work from our Jerusalem office in the city center and of course also outside! We will start as a 3-month trial period.

Responsibilities:
Long-term rentals Department:
- Calling potential owners to meet them and see their properties
- Signing agreement contracts with homeowners
- Taking pictures and video of apartments to advertise them
- Viewings and closing rental deals

Possible other tasks: developing the commercial and sales department

Skills required:

• Highly self-motivated, dynamic and independent
• English and Hebrew mother tongue level (great reading and writing too)
• Strong communication, sales and negotiation skills
• Good knowledge of internet, computers, Google Drive, WhatsApp, social media
• Strong interest in the real estate field
• - Holder of a real estate license or being prepared to study for one immediately, once hired
• Reliable, organized and efficient
• Available and hardworking

The job is commission based and the Realtor will need to open his/her own independent business if doesn’t have yet in order to bill our company.
