About the Role
A growing international company is seeking an experienced Director of Sales / Sales Coach to lead and develop its sales organization.
This is a strategic leadership role combining sales management, coaching, process development, and technology implementation. The successful candidate will manage a sales team of approximately 10 representatives across inbound and outbound sales while building the systems and processes needed to support future growth.
We are looking for someone who understands that sales success comes from strong leadership, motivation, psychology, and structure — not just tracking numbers.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales representatives.
- Set clear goals, improve performance, and drive revenue results.
- Analyze team performance and adjust strategy based on business needs.
- Coach representatives through challenges using strong sales psychology and emotional intelligence.
- Build scalable sales processes, workflows, and best practices.
- Prepare the team for campaigns, trade shows, and growth opportunities.
- Work closely with the technology team to develop and improve CRM and sales systems.
- Translate sales strategies into technical requirements and workflows.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing and coaching sales teams.
- Strong sales leadership background, ideally in a fast-growing environment.
- Experience as a player-coach who understands both strategy and execution.
- Strong understanding of sales psychology and motivation.
- Ability to create structure and improve processes.
- Comfortable working with technology teams and software development.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Availability for US working hours.
