PsychologyEverywhere.com is a leading platform for matching mental health providers with potential clients.

About the Job

You will:

  • Manage relationships with clients, while using our resources to help their practice succeed.
  • Manage content for clients (you will write, or work with our writers). You will build and tweak websites and social media.
  • Manage the client relationship and expectations through regular meetings
  • Track and report how each client is progressing towards defined goals.

We are based in Jerusalem (Har Hotzvim) with clients in the US, Canada, Australia, and other countries. Because of COVID-19 we have migrated to a mostly remote work environment, but we are hoping to get back (at some point!) to some level of work in the office.

Work hours are mostly during normal Israel business hours, but you do need some availability in the evenings for customer calls and to reply to incoming emails from your clients.

Requirements

Strong writing skills and good verbal communication.

Strong organizational skills - you will have to juggle a lot.

English - mother tongue (this is an absolute requirement).

Strategic thinking - how can we best help our clients succeed.
