About the role
We’re hiring a detail-oriented, self-motivated team member to handle data entry, Invoicing, bookkeeping and day-to-day office/secretarial tasks.
What you’ll do
Data input, Invoicing, record keeping, Bookkeeping
General secretarial/administrative support
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors (people skills essential)
Maintain organised files and workflows
Must have
Strong organisation and people skills
Proven experience in QuickBooks, accounting, and office work
High integrity and trustworthiness
Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
Comfortable working In Office in Jerusalem during listed hours
